Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process. The role involves providing support to high-end VFQ customers through inbound calls. If you have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 6 months of experience in troubleshooting (Basics of LAN/WAN/Wifi/Modem/Switches/Networking), we welcome both experienced professionals and freshers who possess the required knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from high-end VFQ customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, Wifi, Modem, Switches, and Networking.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Work in a rotational shift environment with 6 working days per week.
Requirements:
- Graduates/Undergraduates from any discipline.
- Good communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in troubleshooting (for experienced candidates).
- Freshers with excellent communication and troubleshooting knowledge are welcome.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
