Job Description:
As a Content Moderation Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing the following but not limited to: user profiles, videos, text-based content and/or investigating, raising and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients. You will provide insightful review notes.
You will be responsible for analysing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the user may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.
Job Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve issues regarding content that is reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements

Eligibility
Fluency in Czech (and English)

PSD2 Payments and Governance Business Analyst – Ireland
The PSD2/Open Banking lead will be responsible for running the infrastructure and deployment of components to support the service. They will be responsible for solving issues with the platform and identifying appropriate solutions. They will be responsible for assuring the quality of solutions delivered by the broader open baking team are to the highest standards. They will be responsible for improving the offshore capability, leading releases and figuring out demand capacity that we can supply to the client.
Leading the associated applications from a business priority perspective is also a key requirement of this role. This involves managing both live Service incidents and associated Problems through to resolution.
Responsibility will also extend to providing Technical liaison between the client Service management team and our technical support team.
Qualifications
Degree qualified in Computing (minimum 2:2)
One year relevant work experience
Expert in the following required:
AWS Cloud infrastructure support
Deployment of cloud based applications using Jenkins
Security configuration for cloud based open banking solutions
Managing regular patching activity
Demand Management
Problem Managment
Analysis, development and documentation of deliveries
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
