Job Description: The IT Service Desk (SD) at Amazon is a pivotal part of our global IT delivery structure, providing round-the-clock support to our operations associates worldwide. As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of Amazon sites globally, directly impacting our ability to serve customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating effective communication skills while interacting with Amazon internal customers across different regions.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
- Resolving issues on various client devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Basic troubleshooting skills on various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
- Flexible work schedule involving rotational shifts to provide real-time customer experience in a 24*7 operating environment.
- Meeting targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and effectively managing incidents.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma.
- 6 months to 18 months of work experience.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
- Basic troubleshooting skills on Network.
