Data Center Engineering Operations Trainee

Job Description:
Involve in day-to-day data center facility operations work
· Involve in data center facility change management work
· Involve in vendor management and technical consultation work
· Review emergency and standard operating procedures
· Participate in facility event analysis
· Participate in emergency drills and emergency facility event response
· Participate in local and global facility operations-related projects
· Participate in multiple cross-team trainings
· Be provided an opportunity to drive operational excellence and better customer experience.

Qualification:
Graduate or final year student from a bachelor’s degree or above in any engineering-related discipline
Commit a full-time 6-month Trainee Program
Interest in the maintenance works of critical facility infrastructure in the data center
Attention to detail with logical thinking capability
Good work attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
Energetic, adaptable and possess strong problem solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Enjoy working in an inclusive and diverse environment
Recent graduate (within the past 12 months) or final year student from a bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Building Services/Facilities Management or any equivalent Engineering discipline
Data center engineering or operations experience
