Job Description: At Amazon Development Centre India Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ML Data Associate-I to join our Alexa Data Services (ADS) team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology that enhances the lives of our global community of shoppers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize creative thinking and excellent written communication skills to process a variety of text, speech, and other data types.
- Deliver high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using internal tools and software.
- Identify and report issues with tools and software promptly.
- Demonstrate ownership and initiative by providing feedback for improvements to existing tooling, thereby increasing the quantity and quality of processed data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable Amazon policies regarding the security of confidential information.
Key Requirements:
- Strong creative thinking abilities
- Excellent written communication skills, with a preference for experience in content, blog, or article writing
- Familiarity with various data types and processing methods
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Proficiency in using tools and software for data processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
