Trainee/Intern Project Coordinator with English – Europe
Job Description:
Atos Project Management Office gathers a highly effective group of project officers (Project Coordinators) who are responsible for the overall on-time delivery of best-quality support in the daily work of Project Managers and project teams. We are bringing value thanks to our can-do attitude, mastering organizational and communication skills
Job Requirements:
Creating databases & consolidating information for reporting purposes
Assuring smooth communication flow like arranging/scheduling meetings, creating minutes of meetings, maintaining stakeholder database
Supporting resource & time management process
Tracking & monitoring project changes/risks to be implemented
Supporting budget control
Taking care of quality & up to date documentation
Doing anything what can be useful for the project team or what is required by the leadership
Qualification:
Someone with a student status, ideally during last years of your education
Well-organized & proactive person with focus on details, whereas his/her approach makes positive impact on larger group of people
Someone who knows useful “tips and tricks” of Power Point & Excel to foster any data driven task
Fluent English speaker and ideally German as well (at least B2 levels) – second language
is not mandatory
