Job Responsibilities
Coordinates and manages Incident/Problem/Change Management process activities across the delivery teams to agreed global and local SLAs
Executes the Incident/Problem/Change Management process tasks in adherence with global and local requirements, monitor Process KPIs
Monitors process compliance and coordinates CMDB updates taking into consideration updates from changes/incidents/problems
Assists the Incident/Problem/Change Management Process Leaders in driving Service management best-practice and process standardization across regions
Qualification:
Currently in Final Year of University or Graduate or in the beginning of the carrier path.
Ability to communicate in German or French (at least at B2 level) and English (at least at B1+ level)
Excellent communication and customer focus
Problem solving attitude and efficient task management skills
Experience in Microsoft Office Environment
Strong interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
Available min. 20h per week
