Job Description:
PR creation of monthly contracts;
Verify the approval of the PRs of the monthly contracts;
Charge suppliers for sending the invoice;
Check the receipt of monthly contract notes in emails;
Creation of service sheet of notes of monthly contracts in SAP;
Check the approval of the service sheet in the monthly contract SAP;
Release of monthly contract notes for scanning in the ECM system;
SIGE/FAR report;
Contact with suppliers for various matters;
Completion of the payment control file named invoice map;
Creation of WE in SAP;
Release of material notes for scanning in the ECM system;
Update the information of material notes in the control worksheet;
Creation of international payment invoice purchase requisition;
Monitoring the approval of the request;
Monitoring the insertion of the order;
Order approval follow-up;
Qualification:
Knowledge Desirable
Studying or completing a degree in ADM, accounting;
ADM or Accounting experience;
Technical knowledge: SAP, Office Package, PowerBi.
