ServiceNow Developer – USA

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will contribute to the Capgemini Cyber Security team where you will lead and assist in security activities for the client and its agencies. This Includes security governance, project management, implementation, process improvements and steady state operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Security Coordinator – Administer the ServiceNow Security Clearance and Background Tracking Application. Oversee the background checks for new and existing employees and govern other Service Providers in performing Security Coordinator for their organization.
PCI System Governance – Interface with customers in the gathering and maintenance of documentation pertaining to Payment Card Industry.
Process and Procedure documentation – Manage the Security teams Service Management Manuals (SMM’s) updating as needed and reviewing Service Providers SMM’s and determining applicable NIST categories.
Administer and monitor ServiceNow Security modules, integrations and dashboards.
Must have an Industry recognized Security Certification or the ability to obtain one in 6 months.
General understanding of security tools and networking used in Enterprise networks.
General understanding of cloud services, servers, server maintenance and vulnerability management.
General understanding of project management and have experience in organizing and leading a project.
Good understanding of ServiceNow including dashboard design, integrations, workflow and permissions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead meetings and direct others in performing tasks.
Capable of interfacing with customer CISO’s and their Security Staff
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to work within a small team, anticipate issues and be a self-starter.
