Job Title: Graduate Trainee – IT Service Desk
Job Role: As a Graduate Trainee in the IT Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems and IT services. This role involves leveraging technological advancements such as AI chat bots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline support processes and enhance efficiency.
Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation: Any 3-year full-time degree program (UG)
- Batch: 2023
- Experience: Freshers
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, or UG
- Open to Indian nationals only
- Flexibility to work in any location, shift timing, and technology
- Satisfactory background verification required
- PAN card with updated first and last names (if available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users
- Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
Role Expectations:
- Client-focused with the ability to work with users from diverse communities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in shifts and from the office
