EXPEREINCE / QUALIFICATION / SKILLS / TRAITS
- Graduate and above from a University of repute
- 0 to 6 months of experience with non voice data processing
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Good Analytical Skills
- Good Arithmatic skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good Comprehension
- Ability to interpret non standardized sourced documents and instructions received from Underwriting, broker/customer
- Ability to interpret information from reference material / systems / tools
- Ability to gain a strong working knowledge of policy administration system and associated applications
- Ability to gain an understanding of regulatory requirements
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications proficiency in Excel
- Timeliness – process requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements and inventory management methods
- Quality – process requests with expected levels of process accuracy
- Open to work in varying shifts and work days
