Job Description:
Product Requirements:
- Understand and analyze functional/non-functional requirements from stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to review and clarify product requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies for new enhancements and provide input for estimations
Product Design and Development:
- Create proof of concepts (POCs) to assess new technologies/products
- Provide technical direction for research, design, and testing
- Develop high-level software design documents and establish design standards
- Participate in architecture/code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team
Product Testing:
- Review test cases/test plans and conduct integration testing
- Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing and subsequent releases
Product Training and Documentation:
- Provide inputs for technical publications and review documentation of key features
Project Management:
- Provide updates on module development status to the development lead
People Management:
- Mentor Software Engineers and conduct coaching sessions
- Set and monitor performance goals, conduct appraisals for team members
