Job Description :

1. Content writing/ moderation.
2. Customer Relationship Management.
3. Participate and contribute to organizational activities.
4. Efficient and timely service delivery across teams for multiple clients They work closely with the functional leads to define overall strategies and processes to increase the efficiency and productivity within the process They work with BD team to increase the span of services and add new clients.
5. Create and manage Risk and mitigation plan based on discussion with project stake holders.
6. Report to the manager on performance status and any escalations.

2. For 2023 batch (all original semester marksheets are required, but provisional certificate is not mandatory for 2023 batch alone).
3. Candidates having backlogs/ Under graduates (who have completed Only 10th/12th) are not eligible for the drive.
