Job Description: As an Analyst Trainee at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in developing strong technical skills in your designated system/technology area. Your responsibilities will include project onboarding, training/awareness sessions, and building proficiency in the role. Expect to contribute to innovative practices designed to meet global client needs in the technology field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and needs
- Support technical/functional/process document creation and maintain an effective library
- Build, test, and deliver solutions
- Support application design
- Code, develop, and conduct unit testing
- Create test data and execute test scripts
- Support infrastructure-building activities
- Adhere to defined processes and tools in day-to-day operations
General Expectations:
- Registered as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act
- 1-year probation period from the joining date
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prioritize tasks and raise concerns/questions when necessary
- Interact with stakeholders to understand global client processes and business problems
- Code in any programming language with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
