Job Designation : Associate Analyst – HR services – BPO

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

  1. Requires basic knowledge of HR processes and ability to understand general HR practices and technology.
  2. Experience of working on HR systems like workday, success factor, oracle, Darwinbox etc. is preferable.
  3. Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Outlook.
  4. Good analytical and Communication skills.
  5. Should be proactive and quick learner.
  6. Strong team player.
  7. Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
  8. This role will require to work from office
  9. This role might involve travel and working in shifts

Job Description :

As an HR BPO Analyst within the HC Managed Services function, following activities for the client need to be performed:

  1. Execute HR operations processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS data management.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in HR operations.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or related databases.
  4. Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  5. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their HR operational queries and needs.
  6. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HR requirements and ensure services are tailored accordingly.
  7. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
  8. Implement best practices and drive process enhancements as necessary.
  9. Ensure HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
  10. Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
  11. Maintain records of HR operations, transactions, and relevant documentation.
