Job Profile Telecommunication- Support Agents
Work Location: Noida
5 days working
Fix US Shift 6:30pm to 4:30am
Sat-Sun off
Career Glide: Career with Telecommunication Industry **
Required Qualification B.tech(Computer science / Electricals), BCA, M.Tech, MCA
Work Exp. Fresher with Excellent communication can apply, must Technical Graduate
Skillset Required:
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Good knowledge of Telecommunication industry.
- Knowledge of Computers & Networking.
- Knowledge about Signal flow/Data Transmission
- Basic knowledge of Telecom Technology CDMA/GSM/Ethernet.
- Fare understanding of Wireline & Wireless Network Technologies
- Awareness about SWITCH, MUX, DEMUX & ROUTER along with their functionalities
- Must be Good in Analytical Thinking & Reasoning skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist customer / technicians with telecommunication issues.
- Providing technical assistance on call.
- Working in a team to achieve defined SLAs.
