Job Description and Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience in technical support and networking is required.
- Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer end-users.
- Coordinate with internal IT support staff and external vendors for problem resolution.
- Administer user account provisioning and perform user account management activities.
- Use Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests.
- Respond to and diagnose problems through various communication channels and follow-up until closure.
- Perform level 1 remote desktop support and other activities based on SOPs.
- Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
- Participate in ongoing training and departmental development.
- Provide all required documentation including standards, configurations, and diagrams.
- Ensure positive customer experience through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
Job Requirements:
- Provide support for on-call escalations and conduct root cause analysis.
- Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.
- Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
