Degree Required: Any degree

Job Description and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Experience in technical support and networking is required.
  • Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer end-users.
  • Coordinate with internal IT support staff and external vendors for problem resolution.
  • Administer user account provisioning and perform user account management activities.
  • Use Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests.
  • Respond to and diagnose problems through various communication channels and follow-up until closure.
  • Perform level 1 remote desktop support and other activities based on SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
  • Participate in ongoing training and departmental development.
  • Provide all required documentation including standards, configurations, and diagrams.
  • Ensure positive customer experience through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.

Job Requirements:

  1. Provide support for on-call escalations and conduct root cause analysis.
  2. Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
  3. Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  4. Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.
  5. Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
