Job Description: As a Customer Support Associate, you will be part of an international voice process for a renowned banking process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to clients via both voice and written communication to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Handling queries related to Experian, products, services, data, and client accounts.
- Managing multiple client queries simultaneously.
- Using workflow tools to efficiently manage your workload.
- Contributing to the achievement of team targets, including service levels and quality measures.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer communication and discussions using the appropriate internal systems.
- Utilizing available knowledge tools to ensure correct processes are followed and the right questions are asked at the right time.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues.
- Ensuring that good client/consumer outcomes are at the center of all operational activity and decision-making.
- Delivering exceptional client and consumer service, aiming to exceed expectations.
