Technical trainee – Lenovo Front End Support – Finland
As a Technical trainee, you will support our Lenovo PC Front End team. You will be responsible for problem determination and action plan creation for Lenovo hardware break/fix service calls. Together with the experienced team, you are the primary technical interface to our clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and for the delivery of operational services.
To be successful in this role, your communication skills are critical – both with customers and colleagues. You will answer our clients’ and technicians’ questions, provide support on break/fix service calls, where appropriate, and play a key role in customer satisfaction for service requests. Excellent Finnish and English language skills are required and we highly appreciate prior customer service experience.
