1. Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
2. Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
3. Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
4. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts
5. Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and resolve customer issues.
6. Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
7. Any graduates are eligible
8. Good Communication skills (Oral and Written)

1. Generating and following up with new business leads.
2. Drawing up proposals and presenting them to prospective clients.
3. Ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations, as well as health and safety codes.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with staff as well as external clients and vendors.
5. Addressing any questions or queries promptly and politely.
