Job Description:
- Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks
- Collaborate with device and product teams to develop requirements for 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capability
- Validate technical requirements and designs to enable seamless global roaming, including authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, and provisioning
- Support the preparation of technical proposals for new network deployments, upgrades, and investments
- Conduct validation of service provider capabilities, focusing on performance and coverage
- Analyze and troubleshoot network performance and route issues
- Identify root causes of issues and provide recommendations for improvement
