Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures that incidents raised are addressed and resolved within the predetermined amount of time for each account.
- Monitors No Answer from Device Folder to make sure that no device is disconnected from the network without any valid reason such as asset movement or disposed asset
- Ensures that assets are connected to the network and reporting continuously when required (Run Device discoveries)
- Ensures that assets are managed and sending alerts for Supplies and Break Fix
- Loads Map provided in the System as needed and ensure that the asset is placed in the right location in the Map (Asset Mapping)
- Run Asset Validation reports to ensure that there are no duplicate Serial Numbers, Mac Address or IP Address
- Creates Private and Public Folder to make sure that all tickets raised from the accounts assigned are addressed.
