Role Description
Job Title: Trainee Technician PP
Reports to: PP Team Leader
Employment Entity: Mrald (Mphasis’s dedicated UK Insurance services delivery division)
As a Jr. Trainee in the Premium Processing (PP) team, you’ll help manage day-to-day operational tasks. You’ll ensure that all assigned work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned premium processing work with accuracy and within timelines.
- Report issues or queries to senior technicians.
- Participate in training, feedback, and performance improvement programs.
- Meet required SLAs and KPIs.
- Follow company policies related to compliance, data privacy, and quality.
- Complete mandatory training and assessments on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- Basic awareness of insurance or financial services.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred:
