About the Role
As a Premium Processing Junior Technician, you will support daily operational tasks for the PP team. Your role ensures accurate and timely delivery of premium processing activities while maintaining service quality and compliance standards. You will work closely with senior technicians and team leaders to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and on time.
- Raise queries to Senior Technicians when clarification is required.
- Participate in feedback discussions and ongoing skill development.
- Support the team in meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Follow company policies related to compliance, audit, and risk management.
- Complete all mandatory training and assessments as assigned.
Skills & Experience Required
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
