Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you’ll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and Digital Industries in particular. During the assignments abroad, you will learn about the local business and culture while taking on various responsibilities.
What can you expect?

Qualification:
- You will be graduating (or you are a recent graduate) and hold a master’s degree, PhD or equivalent in: Engineering (Industrial with business or technical/IT focus or automation technology) or IT technologies / business informatics / business information systems / digital business.
- You have already gained at least 4 months of international experience through your studies or work.
- You are passionate about digitalization and new innovative technologies.
- You are flexible and mobile within the program duration.
- You are a forward-thinker and motivated to get directly involved in the daily business of our international teams.
- You can express yourself in Dutch and/or French (with a basic knowledge of the second language) and you are fluent in English.
The start date is set for either January, February, or March.

Graduate Trainee Engineer – India
- Effectively handle global projects in Building Automation System (BAS) for assigned zones/regions/country.
- Understand project requirements, and based on that provide a complete software programming package for HVAC systems ensuring smooth project execution as per regional standards.
- Programming and quality check for HVAC building control systems.
- Program, test and debug application specific softwares for HVAC system.
- Ensuring standard QC checklist and processes are followed and submitting high quality programming packages to Team Lead or Project Lead.
- Ensure flawless programming & on-time project delivery with utmost quality.
- Ensure project executions are on track and provide periodic updates on the status to project owner/lead.
- Identify project risks and raise flags to team leader in time.
Qualification:
- Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical.
- Work experience: Fresher.
- Knowledge of basic engineering in the field of instrumentation and/or electrical.
- Knowledge of software programming would be added advantage.
- Efficient Ability to communicate confidently in English – written and spoken.
