Graduate Trainee Engineer – Siemens Technology and Services – India
Job Description:Â
Works with the sales team to understand project specifications and needs of the customer and may participate in job site walk- throughs.
Designs systems for standard facilities which, depending on the system type, may include mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, valve and damper schedules layout, and control panel layouts.
Interprets/designs sequences of operations to identify hardware and logic requirements for systems.
Assists with Analyzing plans, construction contract specifications and codes to determine project requirements and risks.
Selects proper types and sizes of products.
Follows up with sales and management to ensure job scope, specifications and schematics meet customer needs.
Participates in sales to operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of estimates and job layouts.
Assists in peer review for engineering documents.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical required.
Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC, mechanical system.
Able to read/interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
Ability to interpret customer requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
Ability to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from customers and internal partners to consistently manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.

Information Security Trainee – Europe
Job Description:
Support the evaluation of new technologies to identify potential cybersecurity risks.
Support the assessments to identify digital solutions to support business process improvements and factory digitalization.
Support the communication of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation measures by creating influential content for our year long cybersecurity awareness program. Collaborate with the execution of IT Masterclasses, roadshows, and other events.
Development of documentation and presentations to communicate the topic to the organization.
Production of status reports.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology related field, and/or Cybersecurity equivalent experience.
Passion and basic understanding of Cybersecurity and IT.
General basic knowledge of IT technologies (infrastructure, applications, ERP’s, CRM’s).
Ability to work effectively with multinational and diverse group.
Self-Starter with good Time Management skills.
Ability to clearly communicate technical topics.
Very good communication skills (both verbal & written).
Ability to share some examples of critical thinking used to maintain a big picture of the topics under discussion or for issue resolution of high-impact, complex issues.
Proficient in written and spoken English combined with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
