Minimum Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals

- Experience working on team-based or multi-person projects
- Ability to understand and learn unfamiliar systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum two years of university education or equivalent experience
- Understanding of frontend or backend system fundamentals
- Experience writing high-quality pull requests with testing
- Ability to work in large and multi-language codebases
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
