Tata Elxsi, a leading design and technology services provider for Automotive, Broadcast, Communications, Healthcare, and Transportation, is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Software Engineer. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in writing effective and scalable code, ensuring the seamless deployment of applications, and providing essential support for the production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Write effective and scalable code/test cases.
- Debug and deploy applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide support for the production environment, addressing issues promptly.
- Prepare a comprehensive software development calendar.
- Generate reports and dashboards on project time deviations, rework time, etc.
- Conduct development testing and report testing issues to the supervisor.
- Identify and track bugs, assess their nature, and execute corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 0-3 years of experience, including freshers.
- Excellent proficiency in any programming language like C, C++, Java/JavaScript.
- Deep expertise in Functional and Automation testing for Web, API, and Mobile apps (both Android and iOS).
- Proficient knowledge in test automation.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
