As a Business Finance Analyst you will be working closely within a team supporting internal Business unit supporting Business finance function. Based on the analysis created and summarized recommending leavers for improving revenue & profitability for the healthy financials of the Business Unit
MBA ( full time) from Tier 2 college with 1-2 years experience . Good knowledge about the Financial terms. Good team player, developing and obtaining Knowledge from cross functional teams on process & structures along with good reporting and analytical skills
The role is aligned to our Service Desk support team which is responsible for performing day to day operations while maintaining SLAs & solving queries related to disputes while coordinating with employees. The team reviews service requests based on the predefined scope of support, records, diagnoses, and troubleshoots customer raised incidents. They also manage HR transactions & HR inputs processing for payroll etc.
