Company: Tech Mahindra, a leading Indian multinational IT services and consulting company, is currently hiring for the position of Associate Customer Support Voice Process.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers / 0 – 3 years
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong convincing skills to handle customer queries
- Familiarity with banking processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills in English and proficiency in any two of the following languages: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, and Gujarati
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24*7)
- Typing speed of up to 30WPM with 90% accuracy
Job Description:
- Assist customers over the phone with account queries and faults
- Resolve customer queries via email and calls
- Build and maintain trust with customer accounts through open communication
- Work at the client location (Deputation at Indian Bank – Service Branch, Egmore, Chennai)
- Direct walk-in interviews at the specified venue (details below)
Additional Information:
- Mode of work: Work from the office
- Working days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
- Rotational shifts required
