Tech Mahindra Hiring CSA for India’s Largest Private Power Project (Inbound Voice Process- WFO)

Job Role:

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Required Skills:-

Basic computer knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Qualification: – Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Shift Timing: – Day Shifts

Salary:- 200000 – 220000 LPA

Mandatory language- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
