Salary: Up to 2.75 LPA
Skill Set:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
- Good convincing skills required to handle customers.
- Familiarity with banking processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable to work in rotational shifts 24*7.
- Typing speed: Minimum 30WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Proficiency in English and any two mentioned regional languages (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, and Gujarati).
Job Description:
- Assist customers over the phone with faults and account queries.
- Resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Solve the queries or problems of the customers.
Additional Info:
- Mode of work: Work from office.
- Working days: 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Only male employees would have the late-night log out. Female employees last log out at 7 pm.
- Age: Less than 32 years.
- No sales!!! No Target!!! No Bond!!!
