Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries via Call/Email/Chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
- Good convincing skills required to handle customers.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts 24*7.
