Job Description: We have immediate openings for Freshers as Associate Customer Support. Join our team in Egmore, Chennai, and embark on a rewarding career path. This is a permanent role with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers over the phone with faults and account queries.
- Utilize resources effectively to enhance knowledge of banking processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in English plus any two of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Odia, and Marathi.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Late-night log-out for male employees; last log-out at 7 PM for female employees.
- Age: Less than 32 years
