At least 1 end to end Implementation .
Having strong communication and client facing skill is mandate.
Skill set in SAP Treasury Fixed Deposits, Forex & Investments etc.
Skill set in Treasury along with Provident Fund expertise applicable for PF trust.
Sound knowledge of FI module is also mandate.
Experience of Public Sector will be highly considered.
Qualification:
One should have atleast 2 years in FICO plus TRM exp. Or alternatively if Only TRM they must be MBA Fin or B.com or CA Inter or Final or CMA Inter or Final with General Accounting knowledge as end user in SAP or any other. Without accounting, Configuration will be half way. Because it is automatic posting through account determination.
If they are from eng also must have 1 year or 2 year FI experience or MBA finance or MBA finance with accounting exp. Direct TRM they depend on FI person. Then Customization will not be correct. No FI person helps TRM team for accounting entries. TRM Consultant must have strong accounting back ground either FICO or CA or CMA or MBA finance.
