Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, analyze, administrate, and troubleshoot large-scale infrastructure systems hosted in AWS.
- Write dedicated product features and microservices, and modify open-source software as required.
- Implement protocols and RFC in the services and build deep observability and self-healing systems.
- Proactively set up monitoring to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Automate provisioning, infrastructure, and code deployment using the latest configuration management tools and containers.
- Write comprehensive APIs to integrate infrastructure modules with various operational groups.
- Design and develop automation to support continuous delivery and continuous integration processes (Jenkins, ECS, Kubernetes).
Skills Required:
- Excellent programming capabilities.
- Knowledge and exposure to network protocols and tools such as DNS, TCP/IP, and Routing.
- In-depth Linux/Unix knowledge.
- Good understanding of operating systems and kernel subsystems like CPU, memory, storage, and network.
