· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) – especially when the need to directly engage with customers is required

· Maintains a strong understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives

· Practical experience of IT Service Management in a complex IT operations environment

· Strong exposure in key aspects of IT infrastructure, including desktop hardware, enterprise applications, databases, storage, networks, and all types of servers

· Knowledge and use of ITSM tools suite

· Good knowledge in Trending and Reporting

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Identification of incident trends + oversight, documentation, & communication of permanent solutions

· Support the teams in the troubleshooting & communication of major incidents for all supported applications/services
