Job Description:
Professional will work with telephone answering.
Model of work : Remote (but initial training will be in person)
Responsibilities:
Acting with Service Desk attendance to the micro informatics;
Expertise in technical support Windows (office);
Service will be done remotely by telephone and remote access tools.
For this we are looking for a professional with:
Professional with high school education;
Have knowledge in Microsoft Office package.
It will be a plus if you have:
Completed higher education / studying in computer science.
