Job Description
The Service Desk Analyst L2 will act as the first point of contact for B2B users, handling end-user technical issues through calls, emails, chats, and portals. The role involves troubleshooting issues, logging tickets accurately, and ensuring resolutions are delivered within defined SLA and TAT as per the Statement of Work (SoW).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical support to B2B users
- Respond to incidents via calls, emails, chats, and portals
- Log, track, and manage service desk tickets
- Troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues
- Ensure SLA and TAT compliance
- Escalate issues as per defined support framework
- Maintain documentation, logs, and MIS reports
- Share customer feedback with internal teams
Skills & Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E / B.Tech
- Experience: 1 – 3 years in Service Desk operations
- Mandatory Skill: TIS Service Desk experience
- Tools Knowledge: ServiceNow / Remedy (preferred)
- Process Knowledge: ITIL concepts and service desk procedures
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer-handling skills
