Job Description:
We are hiring for the role of Technical Support – Voice / Blended at Wipro Limited. This position is open to both Undergraduate and Graduate candidates (MBA/Civil/Mechanical backgrounds not applicable).
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge are essential.
- No incentive structure.
- The role involves a US process with 24*7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable with Work From Office (WFO).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
