Job Description:
Wipro Limited is seeking candidates with 0-8 years of US Mortgage Origination experience, including 3 years of experience in Mortgage Underwriting / Processing / Closing.
Experience (Origination/Pre UW):
- Processor: 0.3-5 Years
- Senior Processor: 4 to 8 Years
- Freshers with Good Communication, Ready to work in Night Shift, Provisional/Consolidated Mark Sheet is a Must
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual underwriting of complex transactions to ensure compliance with established guidelines
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics
- The candidate may be required to perform other job-related tasks
Requirements:
- Work experience in Loan Setup, Appraisal review, CD review process
- Work Experience in Pre-UW, calculating borrower Base income, overtime, Commission and other income from Paystubs, W2 and WVOE, Verifying Assets from Bank statement, supporting documentation for closing
